momto2boys This is the second time we've purchased this shoe. The adjustable backstrap is a definitely plus for when the new "one size larger" is just slightly too big and a "size down" is too small. They are also a little sportier than some other styles. Wears this shoe: school, playground

CoyoteSage These crocs are fun to wear, gather the attention of other croc-wearers and even my 82 year old dad now sports a pair. Very versatile, can be used as slip-ons or as sandals with the moveable back strap. Love the color and soft comfort of the rubber...only bummer is that they look like they are single season shoes, meaning that they will only last the summer. The waffle soles are completely worn down under the ball of the foot after about six weeks of casual wear. They also puncture easily with plant material in the dirt so this is something that croc needs to improve upon for the next generation...more sole durability. Anyway, they are fun to wear.

Victor_R I’d never be cough wearing these things…except in the mountains. The only way I could come to grips with buying them was to choose the ugliest!! Green w/ Orange Strap – Putting that stuff aside, these are the lightest camp shoes (LIGHTEST) which still protect your toes – the pair are about 8 ounces…..8 ounces! – The pair is lighter then the lightest tennis shoe, just one! When wet, A quick tap to remove any water trapped or run a shirt to very quickly dry them out. Only issue I had was that the swivel clip for the strap created circular blister/hotspot after a short walk however that was quickly resolved with use of socks or ensuring my feet were dry. They are very grippe while walking on granite(showed very little wear after several days of use around camp). They instill confidence while walking around camp (fallen branches & pine cones) they protect your toes – In the hills, your feet are your wheels so you must protect them( happy feet=happy camper). Man they are ugly & not a daily wear but they’re great as a camp shoe which will find their way back in pack in the future.

anndi really wide but i have very narrow feet. Great shoes...beach, rain, water...walking dog and accidentally stepping in "unmentionables...". Why are they only made for men? I love the colors...great that they are thicker...can't women have equality in shoes???

Barbara I bought these Crocs at my son's request because he spends all day on his feet at his job in heavy boots. His feet always hurt at the end of the day and he wanted shoes that would be comfortable for ordinary wear. He had tried Crocs on at the local shoe stores but had never worn them for any length of time. From Minute One of receipt, however, he was in love with these shoes. (I tried them on, too, and though they're yards too big for me, I felt instant relief from my plantar fasciitis in the few steps I took with them and I plan to get my own.) He wore them in wet conditions and claims they have better traction than the boots he wears as a volunteer firefighter. There are more Crocs in his future and probably mine, too.

Anonymous I couldn't be more pleased! I'm a 70-yr-old senior lady, just moved to very rural mountainous area in a national forest, living in a mobile home. I'm completely surrounded in my immediate area by rough dirt and decomposed granite (dg). There is very little level ground - mostly descents/ascents, not dangerously steep but enough to feel the gravel/rocks slipping under my feet. I had fallen three times in three months and knew I needed a serious resolution for the sake of my physical health. I ordered the Off Road Crocs one size too large so that my canvas slip-ons would fit inside. My plan has worked perfectly! Crocs have holes on top and sides and I've had more than my fill of uncomfortable gravel in my shoes, lol. The Off Road Crocs are slip-ins so my slip-on canvas shoes inserted very neatly. The Crocs' Velcro straps keep my feet secure, the padding behind the ankles (Achilles tendons) very comfy and secure. I am so very grateful for having found these - the deep grooves in the soles are exactly what I needed. Note: the grooves are horizontal on the shoe, which are perfect for walking uphill or downhill; I've learned that when I'm going perpendicular to the ascent/descent I slightly turn my feet as a snow-skier does when stopped on a hillside. Thanks, Off Road Crocs! You've probably given me a few more pain-free years to enjoy! Much appreciated! Wears this shoe: Several times daily.

Boulderchick Hey, I finally get to take that walking boot off and had to select something that would fit my still swollen and ankle braced left foot. Being from Boulder, Colorado, I thought of the ""shoe"" from there and looked at all the models online. As someone else had noted taking these after a similar incident, I decided that the heavier duty Croc was for me.At first they felt ugly and funny, but after a week I realize these are the ticket. The velcro adjustable strap allows for good support and I am able to walk in as much comfort as is possible.Shoebuy gave me a great deal and met all my expectations as to delivery.

Wears this shoe: All day long

Carolyn These are very comfortable, love the closed toe, love the adjustable back. Only dislike is that they look wider/bigger then the normal Crocs, but they felt the same on my foot. For men this is probably fine, but as a female I debated on whether to send them back or not because of the look. I'm a stay-at-home mom with 2 preschool boys so I'm outside a lot and wanted something quick to put on, with a little more coverage/protection then the regular Croc. I love my Crocs, I just wish I could find a Croc that looks a little nicer with similar protection.

Wears this shoe: All the time/ Outside playing with my 2 small boys/yardwork & around town.

Ron R These shoes are extremely versatile. My second toe sometimes rubs up against the tip of the shoe, but I got used to it after a while. Also, when I fist got them, I got slight blisters (near my inner ankles) from the strap hinges. However, adjusting the straps helped, and after about a week they were broken in and comfortable. The big plus is their convenience -- they're so easy to take on and off, you can wear them in the gym (without socks), and you can easily wash them. Very good for walking in summer rain, too, since they're not damaged at all by water.

Wears this shoe: All the time, except for work
